Executive Leaders from companies including Augeo, NBA, VantageScore, TransUnion, Pipl, Triple, Solidus Labs, and Harness FI explored the theme of harnessing the disruption at the DCA Summit – our second hybrid conference of the year. Leading card issuers, financial institutions, retailers, card-linked technology companies, and digital marketing technology innovators came together at the DCA Summit to share key industry insights. Top companies in attendance included Microsoft, Sam’s Club, Bank of America, Discover, Mastercard, Rakuten, and many more.
At the DCA Summit, industry leaders discussed the theme of innovating to elevate consumer engagement in 2024. These topics included: beyond transactions: helping brands drive engagement and preference through dynamic solutions; 2023 consumer trends and the evolution of merchandising and marketing digital offers; 2024 consumer data outlook – seeking clarity in a complex landscape; SKU; enabling mobile marketing – navigating TCPA compliance through payment terminals, and other stuff; making AI applicable to enhance the member experience; and the art of engagement – designing distinctive offers.
Keynote Speaker Lineup
Dan Currell from the Digital Commerce Alliance kicked off the event by giving some history on the Flatiron Building in New York City, since the event took place at the Mastercard Tech Hub in the Flatiron District. Dan went into a preview discussion on innovation and what’s going to happen in an era that is constantly changing and moving.
Jill Moser, Senior Vice President, Global Loyalty, Offers at Mastercard, was our first speaker and shared her insights on “Beyond Transactions: Helping Brands Drive Engagement and Preference Through Dynamic Solutions.
Debby Lee, Senior Director, Partnerships at Cartera – A Rakuten Company, presented on “2023 Consumer Trends and the Evolution of Merchandising and Marketing Digital Offers.”
Our next speakers, Rikard Bandebo, Executive Vice President & Chief Product Officer at VantageScore, and Christian Widhalm, Chief Executive Officer of Bloom Credit, took a deep dive into “2024 Consumer Data Outlook: Seeking Clarity in a Complex Landscape.”
Jehan Luth, Founder & CEO of Banyan, spoke all about “SKU.
Next we heard from Jeff Mankoff, Founder & CEO of vPromos, who presented on “Enabling Mobile Marketing: Navigating TCPA Compliance Through Payment Terminals, and Other Stuff.”
Kelli Hobbs, VP, Head of US Business Development at Valuedynamx, was our next speaker who presented on “Making AI Applicable to Enhance the Member Experience.”
Lastly, Avinash Chukka, Vice President of Product at Cardlytics, presented on “The Art of Engagement: Designing Distinctive Offers.”
