Digital advertising platform Cardlytics (NASDAQ:CDLX) announced its planned acquisition of Dosh, a cash-back offers platform. The two companies, both Digital Commerce Alliance (DCA) members, offer complementary capabilities that bring value to consumers, advertisers and bank partners.
