Bruno Chauvat, Chief Executive Officer of Travelsify, presented on turning dining and lifestyle data into higher share of wallet. Darby Sieben, Head of Ampli at RBC Ventures, spoke about the new digital role for banks and how banks are positioning themselves to lead. Lastly, Jill Moser, Senior Vice President of Loyalty Innovation and Platform Partnerships at Bank of America, shared her insights on driving engagement and experience through personalization.
