Leading card issuers, financial institutions, retailers, card-linked technology companies, and digital marketing technology innovators came together at the DCA Summit to share key industry insights. Conference Summary

Dan Currell, CEO of the Digital Commerce Alliance, kicked off the event with some polling questions to the audience on taxes, AI chatbots, and Gen Z.

David Kristal, Founder and CEO of Augeo, and Jeremy Frick, Chief Technology Officer at Brand Networks, an Augeo company, were our first speakers and shared their insights on influence unleashed: social activation strategies for the financial services sector.

Our next speakers, Joe Fitzgerald, Chief Executive Officer of Dfinitiv, and Taylor Price, Chief Experience Officer at Dfinitiv, shared their insights on offers at the crossroads and high friction risks losing a generation.

Caroline Penn, Vice President of Product at Cardlytics, and Kathleen Lee, Senior Director of FI Partnerships at Cardlytics, spoke about a rewarding customer experience and driving innovation through experimental test & learn.

Next we heard from Ed Wogan, SVP, Chief Merchant Officer at Valuedynamx, who presented on delivering a relevant user experience and the role AI and personalization will play in consumer engagement.

Lastly, Cheryl Nuttall, Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy at FIS, presented and had a workshop related to engagement-as-a-service, the new frontier.
